Pure Barre is a community centered around fitness.We are currently expanding our team at Pure Barre Chestnut Hill and seeking a qualified Front Desk Sales Associate that is focused on driving sales while providing excellent service to our clients. This is the perfect opportunity to interact with clients on a daily basis and help create a supportive and meaningful community! 


    POSITION:The purpose of the Front Desk Sales Representative is to assist the Owner/General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio, building a relationship, providing a positive experience, and successfully moving them through the sales process to a membership.  The Sales Associate also assists with retaining and providing excellent customer service to current members.  Boutique fitness knowledge and experience is preferred, but not required. This position is part-time and required flexibility in scheduling.
     
    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
    • Warm, welcoming and engaging personality
    • Ability to build strong customer relationships
    • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail
    • Self-motivated and takes initiative
    • Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
    • Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills including in-person, phone and email
    • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
    • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Must have proficient computer skills
    • Occasional travel may be required
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Authorization to work in the United States required
    • Must be available to work a rotating shift (morning, evening, weekends)
     
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
    • Conduct tours of the studio while establishing a relationship with each client
    • Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
    • Emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider
    • Present available services to current or prospective members
    • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
    • Participate in special events to promote the club
    • Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
    • Process accurate cash and credit card transactions
    • Follow up and follow through on activities with prospective clients
    • Input inventory for retail clothing and other items
    • Attend and complete all relative training programs
    • Assist with studio’s social media pages
    • Light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms
    • Other duties as assigned
